Tottenham Hotspur can finally buy players for the January transfer window, with Brazilian Lucas Moura serving for £ 25 million (about $ 35 million) from Paris Saint Germain.

The Sergeant made a successful medical check-up on Tuesday, 1 day ahead of Spur's victory over Manchester United 2-0 last night.

Lucas Moura will cost 27 million pounds and will sign a five-and-a-half year contract with the club.
