After seeing such good results, the Chinese government has ordered 17 AG600s to strengthen its military.
Huang Lingcai, chief executive of design, said that the AG600 was operated using four engines. And it has the capacity to accommodate up to 50 people in flight mode. In addition, the AG600 is also capable of boiling 12 cubic meters of water using only 12 seconds when using it to extinguish the fire. Huang Lingcai added that the plane can fly up to 4,500 kilometers.
According to a Xinhua news release, the Chinese government will use the AG600 as a Chinese coastguard, as the government believes that as its country grows more and more, it will face a threat from neighboring countries. Therefore, in order to safeguard its safety, it must find new ways to strengthen its military.
